Return & Refund Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. We do not provide refund on any product sold.
Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only if these are any damages in the outfit also the replacement can be done with the same product.To claim the exchange we need an opening video of the outfit with clear images of the damage, and this is to informed to us within 2 days of the delivery of the product by writing to us at info@wasthra.in with full name, address and required/ images of the damaged product and we will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product.
